Solar Water Pumping Projects

In October 2023, a family farm near Santa rosa de Roca, in the department of Santa Cruz, Bolivia, chose to install a Solartech SPM-S Permanent Magnet Solar Water pumping System to solve its water supply problem. The system uses submersible pumps to pump water from a well to the ground for the farmer's daily life and animal husbandry, with a total head of about 50 meters and an average daily pumping capacity of more than 20m³.

In November 2023, at Temuco, Solartech supported and cooperated with the Chilean agent's technical team to design a targeted solar water pumping system with "one solar pumping inverter driving two water pumps" based on the actual irrigation and cattle raising water needs of local farmers and herdsmen.

In September 2023, after on-site inspection, Solartech local partner recommended the Solatech SPM-S 1.5kW permanent magnet solar pumping system to the owner. The system pumps water from deep wells into the lake to maintain the appropriate water level. It operates fully automatically and does not require manual supervision. The system only requires 5pcs solar panels for power supply, and with water head of 40 meters, it can pump water 35m3 per day.

Solartech 2.2kW solar swimming pool filtration pump system project was successfully installed in the Akoursos, Paphos district of Cyprus. The filtration pump is mainly powered by solar system and use a Solartech PB-G3 Smart Pro solar pumping inverter to drive the filter pump motor, without the need for energy storage batteries. It can automatically switch to the grid power when there is insufficient sunshine or at night.

Most parts of Myanmar have abundant rainfall, but in the central region, it is obstructed by mountains as a rain shadow area. The annual rainfall is less than 1000mm, and it is hot and dry, belonging to a semi-arid climate.
