Solartech shall offer free service to any malfunction of products bought from solartech which is caused by quality within the warranty, and permanent maintenance on purchaser’s dispense for products beyond the warranty.
For solar pumping inverter：three years from the date of delivery to the original purchaser；
Solar modules：2 years for materials and workmanship from the date of delivery to the original purchaser; understandard test conditions, output power no less than 90% of rated power in 10 years and no less than 80% of rated power in 25 years guaranteed
pump：one year from the date of delivery to the original purchaser；
2.Below situation is beyond the Limited warranty
1) Fault caused by using not according to the manual or surpass the standard specification.
2) Fault caused by installing at a movable site, or sea ambient or abnormal ambient like acid rain, or being contaminated.
3) Fault caused by self fix and modification of wiring and self split, repairing without permission.
4) Fault caused by poor fixing and preservation
5) Fault by using the inverter in abnormal function
6) Machine damage caused by fire, salt corrosion, gas corrosion, earthquake, storm, flood, lightning, abnormal voltage or other force majeure like war, politic, strike, public disturbance, government action which induce to unavailability of repairing service.
